2026 marks the 18th season of the Premier Football League University β where legends are made, rivalries are born, and excuses donβt count ππ€
We have divided this page into 2 different categories: 1) Rule changes, 2) Games and Prizes.
Rule Changes for 2026
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
(17) π Weekly Prizes & Scoring Rules
Each
week, the player with the highest total score will
win $250 π°
(17 weekly prizes Γ $250
each)
All weekly games:
Use point spreads
Include
one Lock pick and one Upset pick
(each
worth 1 additional point β see
Lock & Upset rules below)
Each week is worth a maximum of 18 total points (16 games, 1 lock and 1 Upset, all worth 1 point each).
There is no tiebreaker for weekly prizes.
If two or more players tie for the highest score, the weekly prize will be split evenly.
Weekly prizes and scoring continue through all three weeks of College Bowl Games.
Exception:
Week 17 β Bowl Games III
If two or more players are tied for the weekly high score, a tiebreaker will be used to determine the winner.
(7) π Top 10% Prize Payouts
At the conclusion of the season, the Top 10% of players (7 total finishers) will share $4,750 in prize money π°.
π₯ 1st Place: $1,500
π₯ 2nd Place: $1,000
π₯ 3rd Place: $700
4οΈβ£ 4th Place: $600
5οΈβ£ 5th Place: $500
6οΈβ£ 6th Place: $300
7οΈβ£ 7th Place: $150

(1) π― Perfekt Week Jackpot
If any player during the season β including the first two weeks of Bowl Games β correctly picks all games against the point spread, that player will win the Perfekt Week Jackpot π°.
The jackpot includes a carryover from last season.
For this season, the Perfekt Week Jackpot is $750.
There is no cap on how large this jackpot can grow.
Once the jackpot is won, the Perfekt Week contest resets and will begin again the following season.
If more than one player achieves a Perfekt Week during the same season, the jackpot will be split evenly among all winners.
The following weeks do not qualify for the Perfekt Week Jackpot:
Week 14 β Conference Championship Games
Week 17 β College Football Playoff (CFP)
(3) β οΈ Survivor Contest Rules
All players are automatically entered into each Survivor Contest held throughout the season.
Each Survivor Contest pays $200 to the winner(s).
Week 1:
Select one team you believe is a lock to win.
Survivor picks are made in the designated box located below the regular-season games on the weekly piksheet.
Picks are made against the point spread.
If your selected team wins, you advance to the next week.
If your selected team loses, you are eliminated from that contest and must wait until the next Survivor Contest begins.
(On average, nearly 50% of players are eliminated each week β pick wisely π¬)
Remaining players continue week-by-week until a sole survivor is crowned.
If two or more players are eliminated in the final week of a contest, the jackpot will be split evenly among those players.
Teams may be selected more than once during a Survivor Contest.
Each Survivor Contest is independent of the others.
(3) π Season & Weekly Locks, Upsets & Total Locks/Upsets (TLU)
The Locks, Upsets, and Total Locks & Upsets (TLU) contests reward consistency and bold picks throughout the season.
At the end of the season, $600 total will be awarded:
π Most Locks: $200
π¨ Most Upsets: $200
π’ Total Locks & Upsets (TLU): $200
Lock and Upset selections are made in the designated section of the weekly piksheet.
Season/Weekly Lock:
Includes all games for the week (favorites and underdogs).
Season/Weekly Upset:
Includes underdog teams only.
After submitting your picks, the system will automatically track your selections and standings throughout the season.
The same teams are selected at the same time, but they apply to two separate contests:
Weekly Lock & Upset β Counts toward your weekly score
Season Lock & Upset β Counts only toward the season-long contest
These are two separate contests, even though the same picks are used.
The Locks, Upsets, and TLU contests end after Week 16, following the second week of Bowl Games.
(1) π Margin of Victory (MOV) Game Rules
Margin of Victory (MOV) is a season-long strategy game that rewards both smart picks and long-term planning.
Each week, you must select one team on the weekly piksheet.
Our system will automatically track the teams you have already used.
You may only select each team once per season.
Duplicate picks or missed picks result in a heavy penalty.
This is where strategy comes into play β use powerhouse teams too early and you may be stuck with mediocre options late in the season.
(1) π Bowl Games Contest
The player who finishes with the highest total score during the Bowl Games only will win $200 π°.
Week 15
Week 16
Week 17
Only points earned during these three weeks will count toward the Bowl Games Contest.
(1) π Regular Season Champion
The player who finishes with the highest total score at the conclusion of the regular season (Week 14) will be crowned the Regular Season Champion and will win $200 π°.
(1) β High 5 Contest
The High 5 contest runs throughout the regular season and the first two weeks of the Bowl Games.
Each week, you must select exactly five (5) teams.
All picks are made against the point spread.
Picks must be submitted weekly on the piksheet.
Your weekly score is based on the number of correct picks:
β 1 win: 1 point
β 2 wins: 3 points
β 3 wins: 5 points
β 4 wins: 7 points
β 5 wins: 10 points π₯
Scores are accumulated throughout the contest.
The player with the highest total High 5 score at the end of the regular season will win $200 π°.
(1)πͺ Low Man Out Contest
The Low Man Out contest is a weekly elimination game where survival is everything.
Each week, the four (4) players with the lowest weekly scores are eliminated from the contest.
Eliminations continue week-by-week until a winner is determined.
If two or more players are tied for the final elimination spot, the following tie-breakers will be applied in order:
1οΈβ£
Total wins for the week
(Lock and Upset
picks are not included)
2οΈβ£ Tie-breaker score from the last college game listed on the piksheet
If two or more players remain tied after both tie-breakers, all tied players will advance that week.
In this case, only three (3) players will be eliminated for that week.
The final remaining player will be crowned the Low Man Out Champion and will win $200 π°.

35 Prizes over $11,000.
1). π PFLU Championship Tie-Breaker Rules (Top 10%)
There will be no ties for the PFLU Championship positions (Top 10%).
If two or more players are tied for a championship spot at the conclusion of the bowl games, the following tie-breakers will be applied in order until the tie is broken:
1οΈβ£
Overall season winning percentage.
2οΈβ£ Most
playoff points.
3οΈβ£ Regular
season winning percentage.
4οΈβ£ Highest
weekly score, beginning with:
Week 17
If still tied β Week 16
Then Week 15
Continuing backward week-by-week as necessary
The first tie-breaker that produces a difference will determine the final standings.
In the NCAA, if a game(s) are canceled before Friday at noon we will delete the game(s) from our piksheet entry form and we will play on, minus that game(s). It will be the players responsibility not to include the canceled game(s) for weekly and/or season lock and upset picks or any side games. We will do as much as possible to let all players know of this situation.
3). If the game(s) are canceled after Friday at noon, the game(s) will remain on the piksheet entry form and all players will receive a win for the game(s), no matter which team they pick.
4). Any game that is canceled after the cutoff time on Saturday, the game will be considered a 0-0 tie.
